Im very passionate all types and categories of food, and learning about food. It has been a hobby of mine since I was a little kid and I was strongly encouraged and influenced by my mother who is the President of the Cook Islands Chefs Association. Cooking has always been my strong attribute, not only cooking but also handling food, I am able to do almost about anything, I can debone chickens, cut, slice, dice, cheffernard, marinate and more. I also understand a lot about food from my mum and work experience, the dangers of raw food, cross contamination, food safety, and food preparation.
