Toka Toka

Tepuka, Nikao,Rarotonga

Summary

My name is Toka Toka and I hail from the Island of Manihiki located in the northern waters of the Cook Islands. I am an active individual who enjoys playing vollyeball, ping pong, and also loves to have quality time with my family and friends.

As a young boy, I have always dreamed to one day become a teacher because I want to teach children our Cook Islands language and culture as I am passionate about it.

I am well known throughout the Pacific as a fashion designer and it is one of the talents that I will utilize in my teaching career. I am a hard working, reliable and trustworthy person. I believe in God as he is the center of my life, and he leads the way in everything I do.

Furthermore, I am also a singer, composer, and choreographer.

I was the Choreographer for the Manihiki Team for Te Maeva Nui in 2018, and Pukapuka Team 2019.

Also in 2019, I was the the youngest winner for Te MIre Atu Cook Islands National song composition, first time winning all the awards against Cook Islands popular artists such as Papatua Papatua, Jon Jonassen, Diya Jonassen, Velera Taripo and more.

I am a Proud Cook Islander! I am a Proud Te Fuinga O Niva boy!
